We stayed at Korsan Ada Hotel, one of the first hotels on the Çukurbağ Peninsula. I highly recommend this hotel as a great value-for-money option. The hotel is located right by the sea, and we entered the water from a stone platform. The sea is absolutely stunning. In fact, I think Çukurbağ Peninsula is one of the best spots to swim in Kaş. The hotel has a terraced beach area with numerous private cabanas, each large enough for two or three people, equipped with mattresses and pillows, which we really enjoyed. There are curtains that you can pull around the cabanas for sun protection, and from a distance, these cabanas resemble a pirate island. Besides the cabanas, there are also sunbeds available, allowing you to adjust your position according to the sun’s angle. The beach also offers food and drink service.
We stayed in a standard room with a sea view, but the hotel offers other room options as well. If you’re visiting as a couple, the standard rooms are great, and if you need more space, there are stone houses available. As a fan of begonias and rubber plants, I was delighted by how these plants beautified the hotel. We had such a great time here, not just during the day, but also in the evenings.
Cooling off in the pool filled with sea salt was also a special pleasure for us. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant on the terrace, right above the pool, with a stunning view of the moonlit night. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there. We ordered a variety of pasta and some olive oil-based appetizers to share. The portions were large and filling, and the flavors were excellent. I believe it’s rare to find both of these qualities together. I would also like to extend a special thanks to the chefs at Korsan Ada for their excellent service. Dinner is an additional cost, but considering the taste and portion sizes of the meals we had, I can honestly say that we found the prices very reasonable.
